These pants are wonderful as they are low risers. They come about 2-3 inches below belly button which is fabulous for me as I'm short 5'2". They look extremely slimming which is always a plus. They was well because of the sturdy fabric. If you want a really soft pant then you need to buy style# 2079P. They feel like PJ's.
