I bought 2 pair of the draw string pant's not elastic and the fit was not good. The pair i bought with the elastic was way more true to fit and comfortable. The other pair ripped after wearing them only 4 times.

I love the flare of the leg, I need cargo pockets in my job. the fabric is very nice wash and wear very neet. Have not had to iron, and I like to look nice

I am not sure about this product as I have not worn them because I have to have them hemmed. It's the first time I have purchased a brand that I have had to hem.
